What ever happened to the Cessna shot down the first day???

Faint memory is coming to me.. was this something that happened inside the US?

nope first day, came over the border into kuwaitr, turned straight for the marines stationed there, crashed or was shot down. Supposedly very similar to ones he used to gas the kurds, never heard anything else about it. Might have been someone trying to flee.
