Too bad, I really liked their pizza. When I was home for spring break the Little Ceasar's had become a local pizza place (I forget the name) and I wondered if something was up. With luck they'll be back though.

Ahhh Little Caesars...my first "real" job way back when. We used to make extra pizzas and trade them for frozen yogurt at the TCBY next door.

They were also the title sponsor for the cycling team I was on when I first moved to Atlanta years ago.

I still make homemade Little Caesars pizza. The key: 2 parts muenster cheese to 1 part mozzarella. The sauce is tomato sauce with tomato puree with italian seasoning and oregano spice packet and the crust is made out of a contacted flour and a special yeast that I was given before leaving. The dough rises for about 45minutes in a ball the size of the crust and then immediately immersed into a freezer room to stop the rising.

Little Ceasars is still around. There's one around the corner from me and one at my work. But, Little Ceasars SUCKS!!! Their pizza tastes like cardboard (at least at work). The one near me tastes ok, but NOWHERE near Filippis (sp?) or Godfather's Pizza or Papa John's. Even Pizza Butt is better than Little Ceasars.

Oh my gosh Little Caesar's had THE BEST DAMNED CRAZY BREAD IN THE ENTIRE FREAKIN' WORLD.

Hot.
Buttery.
Gooey.
Cheesey.
Garlicy.

Damn damn damn damn them for closing shop in Portland, OR.

yeah, little caesars sucked...i'm glad it's not around anymore b/c my mom would always buy it. the only redeeming quality of little caesars was the free toys you used to get when you bought pizza (obviously it hasn't been around my neighborhood for a long time.) 🙂

I had completely forgot about them. The 2 that were in my town closed shop long ago.

Anyone here ever had Rocky Rococo pizza? That is my favorite place for pizza. only in the midwest I think. ROCKY ROCOCO

Since I can't order any more Crazy Bread, go ahead and tell me, I can handle it.

If I have to watch that Little Ceasars commercial that plays during the Wings games with Nsync theme one more time I'm gonna puke.

Dang, I had completely forgotten about Little Ceasers. They used to have the cheapest pizza around, and it wasn't too shabby. Two medium supreme pizzas for $7.98 or something like that. I thought their crazy bread was the best also, so don't ruin my memories of how good it was.

Man, this thread is ironic... I just got a flyer in the mail today that said a LC has just opened up about 5 minutes from my house... 🙂

I loved Little Caesar's. Especially crazy crust and that chocolate ravioli they used to give out...mmm...

WTF?
Rocky Rococo is the evil villain who has tormented Nick Danger, Third Eye in Firesign Theatre sketches for 40 years....

<< Corporate's still in business...I suppose they extended too far and had to contract. The pizza market is loaded with various players and Little Caesars Pizza isn't exactly top of the food chain. >>

Actually it was for years and may still be. The owner has the Detroit Red Wings and Tigers.

<< Aceman: tell us how the crazy bread is made. 🙂 >>

Yea! Considering I've never been to one, and I don't think one exists in the Boston area, I can't be grossed out! Tell! Tell! 🙂

<< Yeah, and the owner [of little ceaser's] plans on building a giant cucifix in downtown detroit, I guess it's going to be the biggest one in the world. >>

Wrongo there buddy. It is Tom Monaghan the Former owner of the Detroit Tigers and Dominoes Pizza who wants to build the Giant crucifix and it's actually near Ann Arbor where he wants to do it not Detroit. The owner of Little Ceasars is a guy by the name of Mike Illitch and coincidentally he is the current owner of the Tigers as well as the Redwings.

I've seen them make crazy bread at my work. Well, not the whole process..... Just to the oven, out, and into the bags.

Little Caesars is suck
