I've been using Hotmail since 97 or 98 (don't remember exactly, before MS bought it) for personal contacts & friends.
Later Yahoo for unofficial business contact & free online bill pay back then (~2001)
Then Gmail in 2004, not much usage, mostly for file attachments.

Same. However, I do use my Hotmail for some things and I have a Yahoo account as a designated spam account.
