Gmail for friends and family.
Hotmail for online purchases and FS/T.
Mail.com when I want to be anonymous.
Comcast for anything I need a "real" email address for.
Yahoo for anything I think I will get spammed from. (Freebies, surveys, etc)

mostly gmail... I still use hotmail because I've had that forever and it's hard to change. But what they're doing to fvck Opera users is messed up.

All of the above excluding AOL plus my work email and comcast email. I generally use the ones in your poll for sites etc. that want an email address before I can access/download stuff.

Pole needs the option for "more than one."

My ISP (AT&T) provides me with Yahoo mail.

For MOST communications, I prefer Gmail.

My school's email service is through Windows Live.

Plus, like most of us, I have assorted "junk" email accounts used for signing up for miscellaneous crap.

Gmail. I stopped using my ISP provided email addresses a long time ago. I also have a yahoo email account that I use for garbage registrations that I think will lead to spam.

Because the service is better, the options are better, the security is better, etc, etc.

An ISP I had years ago that I pay $10/yr for email for now. They were my parents ISP for 6 yrs until they moved after I went to college. I figured it was easier to pay to keep the address than to change it and they have pretty good anti-spam and anti-virus. Most spammy-type things I have to give an email address to though go to my yahoo account I never check though.

I voted Yahoo but that is my secondary account. My main one is Comcast which is my ISP.
