I use Outlook Express and am rather satisfied with its performance.

One thing is bothering me though. I would like to leave the prog open, so it can get new mails automatically let's say every 30min, but i cannot put Outlook in the system tray, i can only minimize it to the task bar.

Do you know anything i can do about that or another proggie you like using?

I use OE and AIM's built in mail notification..it checks my OE at an interval you choose, and then flashes a little icon in your system tray.

Of course if you dont use AIM at all, this is useless.

Evolution or Mozilla.

OEs IMAP support sucks and I'm not in Windows very often anyway.

Pegasus for the last 6 years, Eudora Pro before that.
Filtering capabilities of Pegasus beat Eudora's and Outlook's
(which is a prime target for virus coders) hands down.

Fox mail: it is from china so it probably has it's own built in virus.
