What else do I need? (About Mobo And Processor)

This is a continuation to my other post, http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=28&threadid=729143. What else do I need to buy. I know I need a fan, but do I need some sort of special glue, screws, or anything of that nature? Sorry for all the questions, thanks in ahead!

Also, is the 850 chipset worth it, or is the 845 sufficient for the P4 mobos? Thanks again!
