How about Twix, right side or left side first?

or maybe eat 'em both now or save one for later?

Jr Mints. There's two peppermint patties to a typical pack, unless you get the jumbo sized one pack.

But with Jr mints there's a couple dozen of them. Peppermint is one of those things I just want a bit of at a time and just get more mileage out of a box of Jr Mints than a single peppermint patty.

JM's except when they've been sitting in a store for a long time and get all smushed together and nasty. When they are fresh they are one of the best candies on the market. Yorks are always good and a treat in their larger pattie size but I just prefer JM's overall. The chocolate coating is sweeter and smooth and delicious mmmm gonna have to get a box now.

Neither are wafer thin, but I still like them both in certain situations.
Junior Mints with popcorn. Two small Yorks mints after Skyline Chili.

That mint flavored donkey semen they fill junior mint with is nasty

Funny... York PP is winning in the poll but the majority are paying lip-service to Junior Mints. WE MUST EXPOSE AND CONFRONT THIS HIDDEN MENACE!

I like York better from a filling standpoint, but the point about Junior Mints being bite sized is a good one. I keep seeing ads about bite sized York though, so I think that trumps Junior Mints in my mind. I'll have to track some down to make sure.

Both are good but I give a slight edge to Jr. Mints because the chocolate on a York is more bitter.

lmao at sliced sidewalk chalk... because it's the most accurate description ever given of those things.

Jr. Mints > York

When my brother and I were children we would go buy a roll of Necco Wafers and then break them in half in a dark room. They make a spark when they crack. It might just have been the wintergreen ones, but it was pretty cool. I must have developed a taste for chalk during that time because I still like them.

York patties? Junior Mints? Bleh.

Andes mints are where it's at, the light mint which isn't trying to cause sinus damage, the creamy chocolate layers which are neither too bitter, nor grossly sweet. All packed in a nice thin wafer perfectly sized for enjoyment.

Loved both since I was a kid. I'd be on the fence 10 years ago, but I had to stop eating Jr. Mints when I stopped eating gelatin, so I voted for York. The limited edition "Inside Out" Jr. Mints are gelatin free for some reason, though. Those were a nice treat when they had them.

Jr. Mints > York

Yeah, but they're still good.

I like both Jr. Mints and York, but having a choice, I would pick York first, especially if it's been in the fridge or frozen.

I dunno, this one is tough the more I think about it.

Jr Mints are the bee's knees, but York pm patties are no slouch. And even better when cold/frozen. I think Frozen York patties > Jr Mints.

However, I have never tried a frozen Jr Mint.

:hmm:
