What DVD player should i get?????

I want a DVD player, but I have no idea of which to get?? Is the speed very important, so i should get a 16x or...??? And which brands are the best? Whats your recommendation?

I've got a Creative Labs DVD-ROM 6x, and I like it..... I don't need these freakin' high speeds. I think a normal 32x CD Rom would be still enough..... but just for watching a movie.... a 1x would be enough. When you can get a Porsche... why would you bother with a VW Beetle?

I recommend a Pioneer or Toshiba 10x or higher DVDROM.
