what dvd burner should i get?

I have the HP 200i and like it pretty good. The real thing to watch out for when choosing a DVD-RW is what standard they write to: DVD-R or DVD+R To be honest, I'm not really sure what the difference is other than the cost of media. DVD+R media tends to be more expensive than DVD-R. DVD-R media typically can not be read in DVD+R drives. I would also look at what software you are getting with the drive. My HP came w/ a decent DVD burning program called "Sonic DVD" but, garbage editing software called "ShowBiz". I had to go out and buy Pinnacle to edit my DV movies because ShowBiz sucked so bad.
