I agree with the robo comment above. I had to Google it, but it says it works similar to PCP. I'd expect a college boy more likely to use Robitussin than PCP.

I once (unwittingly) had some pot spiked with PCP and it was nothing like that. My legs became so shaky I couldn't stand and my head was completely in the clouds (disassociation), but my coordination was fine. But then again I've only had it once (thankfully), so maybe my experiences aren't enough to judge from.
