Depends. Are you talking concentration? Then I'd hazard it'd be pure espresso. Then again, a single shot of espresso is comparable to a single coffee, which IIRC is slightly less than a single strong breakfast tea. A Jolt is comparable to a single coffee.

A shot of espresso is not very much, if you wanted to have a whole cup (say like the size of a serving of coffee) it would be more like 3-4 shots or more depending on how big your cup is :)

Stay away from Jolt Cola or atleast brush your teeth right after you drink it.

I used to go to school with this kid who only drank Jolt Cola. Sad to say, the only thing keeping his teeth in his mouth was his retainer. He used to show us too. I didn't know whether to pity him or laugh...

Yep soda in general destroys your teeth, I didn't know jolt was any more effective at accomplishing that though, is it something extra in there for that added tooth desolving effect?

A red bull and one of those Fat stacker 3s should fix you right up. Hydroxycut ain't got NOTHING on a Fat Stacker. Those things will make you pull the back of your shirt over your head and scream "I am cornholio! I need tee-pee for my bung hole."

Are you threatening me?

Misinformation alert!

Espresso has about 35-50mg of caffeine per shot. A good solid cup of coffee has 135-175 depending on roast and what you define as a "cup."

Tea has no more than 60mg of caffeine per serving.

Good job, beat me to the draw. ;)

Try my method. Make some unfiltered coffee with Water Joe(not reg. water) and add a couple ounces of Sky Rocket. That's about as much as you can humanly handle. ;)

Depends on the tea of course... And I was just going by my observations from working at a coffee place. We took some of our breakfast tea, ripped open a few bags (used the same amount as you would espresso grounds), ran that through the espresso machine, and put it in a drink. More potent than espresso for sure. Also, coffees vary widely.

Also depends on how you brew the coffee, what kind of filters etc etc... Granted my numbers weren't perfect but it was all off the top of my head.

Meth amphetamines will do ya up nicely too... or so I've heard.

Nope. Stacker 3's have 250. I've got the bottle right here. You might be thinking of the 2's which are safer..

;)

Espresso has the least amount of Caffeine of the "coffee" variants. The steam is only in contact with the grinds for a few seconds.
Percolated coffee has the highest, with the constant rewashing of the beans leaching out a quite a bit of the "active ingredient".
This is why the Cappucine Monks were able to convince The Pope to authorize their variant of coffee, that mysterious Muslim bean brought back by returning Crusaders. There was more flavor and less "buzz" which we all know is the work of..... SATAN! :D:
