I was trying to think up a name for something else and Star Trek Nemesis was next to me, so I did Star Trek without the vowels. Then I was trying to think up something for this forum and somehow cut out a few consonents and ended up with this. I figured this is the right place for something exceptionally nerdy ;).

I thought mine up one day many years ago. Not sure how it popped into my head - but it did, and I've been using it ever since.
