but here goes


My case is Brushed Alumminum with a grid on front bottom for air flow. On top is a stainless steel fanhole, and in the top bay normal looking DVD drive, CD Burner, 3.5 floppy

altec lansing speakers spread out for maximum of sound quality(currently broken🙁), sub-woofer is underneath the chair, 17" moniter, nothing special there, bordered by HP 952C printer.
 
That middle beast is older than 90% of the driver licenses in this forum 🙂

Consider it retired 😛

That's a picture of our main home automation rack. Some of the CAT-5 cables in that picture are for our PC LAN; but not many. Except for the CAT-5 for our LAN, every single CAT-5 cable in that picture has 7 devices on it. Devices such as light switches, control centers, touchpanels, HVAC controls, ex.. Let's just say, just over a year ago, I spent 8 weekends in a row running cable. The cables in the pictures that I'm showing are just the cables that we are currently using; we have about 3x this much cable that is unused in wall panels.

Now, here is a picture of the CAT-5 cables that are being used for our PC LAN. On the right, well you know what that is. On the left is an Elastic Networks (part of Nortel) Etherloop xDSL box. At 2mi from the teleco CO, it's putting along at 6Mb/4Mb down/up.

LOL! Well, depends on what's considered a dreamhouse. All I know is that it's going to suck when I go off to college.
