lmao, thats the exact thing that popped into my mind once i saw the topic.

It tastes, well, really salty, not too strong, and a damn good marinade for steaks.

little like A1 with a sorta twist to it. I think it's pretty good on a 18oz Ribeye......

umm.. try it and find out?
Umm, I'd like to know what it's like first.

dmcowen674, dead fish? I feel my leg being pulled.

So it's mainly for steak? Any other uses?

anchovies = dead fish? Think I had those on a pizza once....didn't do much for me but they were edible.

It has anchovies in it, but it's not "fishy" tasting in my book. Kinda like a cross between soy sauce and A1 steak sauce maybe?

I mix a generous dollop of it into ground beef for burgers.....very tasty.

I don't know, my mom has used it ever since I was a little kid... it's sort of the taste that I naturally associate with steak.

And yes, anchovies = dead fish and it's one of the ingredients in Worcestershire Sauce.

Its ok for mixing with groundbeef too.

However, I prefer HP Sauce for the same uses as Worcestershire sauce.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned the fact that Worcestershire Sauce is one of the key ingredients to a great tasting Caesar.
