People of low intelligence are called morons. Who are these morans of whom you write? Are they members of a particularly stupid family?

These are people who misspell moron in a public way, thus displaying to the world how truly stupid they really are. They also frequently wear the United States flag as a garment and can be observed at tea party political rallies.
