What does this of writing style is called?

These are people who misspell moron in a public way, thus displaying to the world how truly stupid they really are. They also frequently wear the United States flag as a garment and can be observed at tea party political rallies.

I call that type of writing "PeNgU1N oF d00m" style. But I don't remember where that name came from.
