I get that pretty frequently, mostly from game servers. I think it's just a timeout error of some sort.

Or maybe they are h4x0r1ng ur b4wx.
 
I notice it on ZA when I get some ads too. But normaly it's not too bad. I get those (ICMP Unreachable) a lot. Even from other sites... Persoanly if ZA is blocking them. It's a good thing. 🙂 But it's probly not harmfull.
