What does this mean?

I got a EVGA 7800 GT PIC E card from newegg.com

Plut it in to my system, power and every thing, just like it says on the instructions...

Its all ****** up, i can see think but its like snow or something all over the screen, and things are not randered right.

Same with my other rig...

what do i do, and what does this mean?

Did i do something wrong?

Yes and make sure you uninstal the old ones before adding the new ones.
