What does this mean?

I never met anyone from this client's company, but I'm dealing with a female.
I'm doing flash ads for their web campaign.
I finished the ads, and sent it to them, prompting this strange email exchange.

Me: The ads are up at *********** if you want to get a final look before I send them in.
All corrections are done.

Her: Okay, thanks, they look fine.

Me: Okay.
Are we finished?

Her: Ummmmmm...

WTF is that supposed to mean?
It's a simple question.
Maybe I'm just missing an attempt at humor?
Maybe I'm just too tired.

Bravo! If you have a thing for plus-sized women, you shouldn't be ashamed about it. Although I do think that you should realize that not every woman will be able to fulfill your fantasy, so your high expectations regarding this one are perhaps a tad unfair. I prefer my women to be skinny, but have learned to accept those that have just an "average" body. Instead of shooting for 300, you might have to settle for somone around 250...

not out of place at all to me. who in their right mind will accept a final without taking the time to make sure it really IS fine, instead of seeming fine? she doesnt want to release you on it yet, i bet. ive done the same with my contract programmers also, only releasing in writing after the testing is done and it works as intended.
