What does this email error mean?

xxx@xxx.com' on 3/1/2002 9:01 AM
550 RCPT TO:<xxx@xxx.com> Relaying not allowed

I know this email address is good because I always send there. But every once in a while I get this mail undeliverable error in Outlook.

The solution- check for new email before attempting to send mail.

See link above for full information.

Edit : Basically you are trying to send an email but your ISPs email server wants to verify your username and password first. The only way to do this is check for mail before sending new mail. Its a security feature built in to most email servers to stop people using ISPs outgoing email servers to send spam 🙂
