It could mean several different things depending on the tone used. I know none of these several meanings.

or maybe you are referring to gunbound kiddies (yes i played that game at a time) who type in engish and add "bah" "loh" "lah" and other stupid stuff to the end of your speech...most of them are singaporian who think they are cool by adding random chinese grammar at the end of what they type
basically ignore them, as they are not humans...but rather sub humans who suck at both languages and end up mixing the two
the worst part is when the white guy in your dorm walks around and tried to add that stuff into his daily speech:
"You wanna go eat bah?"

need to have context in order to understand it correctly.
i say "ah" at the end of a lot of my sentences, but that's because my chinese was stunted at the age of 5, when i had to speak english all day in school.

are you serious? I would never think to use it like that.
It usually adds the idea/meaning of "completion or change" or "indicating a past event" to the sentence structure/context.
