What does "Power Limit (%)" do in MSI Afterburner?

I'm curious as to what this setting does? Will increasing it allow the card to maintain it's "boost" frequencies for a longer period of time?

Limits the amount of power the card can draw. 0% is the boards rated power. 120%, for example, will allow the card to draw 120% of its rated TDP. Yes it can allow the card to stay at boost frequencies longer, and allow it to boost higher. Especially useful with voltage control.

Got it. So currently my card is not overclocked. Will messing with voltage benefit me at all, or can I just bump the power limit to help maintain boost frequencies?

Play with the power limit first.

Your card cannot adjust it's voltage. There is a hardware limit on Kepler's voltage regulator that only two known cards have circumvented (lightning and power edition MSI cards only).
