Here I am.. sitting down and doing my calculus homework (Integrals.. Bleh.. Those stupid volumes..) listening to some random alternative my brother put in the winamp playlist.. Some of it is kinda good, and I'm able to do my homework better it seems.. but then it goes to a song that isn't too great to me and I slow to a crawl.. 😕

So how does music affect you doing your daily tasks?
 
I'm addicted to music. If its good background music like most classical, or one of Metallica's instrumentals, it can make time pass by very quickly. I need music.
 
I need music to do my homework. It's like a thought filler or something. If I don't have music I start thinking about other things.
 
i need music, unless i'm doing work. if i'm working and music is on, i get distracted(especially if it's good music and it's something to do with numbers that i'm working on) but without my discman i'd never get through the day
