what does "local WAN IP address" refer to?

Setting up (trying anyway) a VPN connection.

What exactly is Local WAN refering to?

Is it:

IP Subnet?
IP Address?
Default Gateway?
DNS Server 1
DNS server 2

All these have different numbers, and dont know which one it is refering to.

The term Local WAN seems somewhat contradictory.

I'd be surprised if it was the default gateway or dns address.

If they are referring to the local part of the WAN connection... my guess it would be your IP address... just a guess though.

My guess is that it is the Local IP that your ISP uses to identify you.
