I find it interesting that the people who get so excited about those things (&quot;Take THAT, OD&quot never had any legitimate reason to feel the need to &quot;get even&quot;. They see any company as a target to be cheated for no other reason than it's a business. The fact that a company asks for money in exchange for goods is reason enough to view them as evil.

Then they come to boards like this to get patted on the back, and there's the validation.

That seems a little extreme. I have gotten many great, great deals on Hot Deals, and only a small minority of the posters there advocate anything even moderately crooked. Lately, those who do have been dealt swift justice by being immediately banned.

Actually, the people on HD who truly bug the crap out of me have a way of ending up in ATOT, after they are &quot;ripped off&quot; by a retailer who declines to honor thousands of orders for a product with an obvious pricing error and want to discuss possible legal recourse.
