what does gold-backed securites mean?

could you be more specific?

sounds shady though, anybody that preaches "invest in gold" should be taken with a grain of salt

gold has under performed all other investments over time for the last couple hundred years

yes, over a specific shor time period

now all you need is a crystal ball to know when you should have gone "gold" and you will need the same psychic powers to know when to get out of gold and back into equities, good luck
