i'm planning on ordering a video card but i really doubt i'll be home when fedex arrives with my package.

will he just set the package on my doorstep so it can get stolen (i'm on the first floor of some apartments)?

can i somehow set a prefered time frame in which the delivery can take place?

i'm really considering just going to a retail store instead of saving money online...

they wont deliver the package... even if its in the warehouse and it due in two days, they wont ship it to you, the slower the better for them.

I requested signature confirmation for a whole PC I just sent out and guess what? They still left it on the guys porch anyway:roll:

They might leave it with a neighbor or the apartment office.

It really depends on the driver.

yeah depends on driver, sometimes they leave it unattended and other times a note to pick it up or reschedule.

I know for a fact that in southern cali, they leave this form on your door knob with a fedex location and hours. you can sign the form and leave it or your doorknob and the next day, they'll take the form and drop off ur package or you can just take the form with you to the fedex location on the form and sign for the package there.

they kick your door down and take all your sh1t cuz they know your not home. Or they call a buddy and tell them no one is home at your address so their buddy breaks in and takes all your sh1t.

I recommend not leaving home at all until you recieve your package to avoid this from happening to you!
