should be something like a cross between beef and lamb. I had some before but it was too long ago and I was too young, besides the meat was salted
Exactly like this ....had some that was cooked over an open flame with a spice BBQ sauce while I was down in Mexico a couple of weeks ago... not bad, but if theres something else I'll go for that next time..
We had a guy from asia working with us and he went into a long speech about how it was great to eat dog . My boss asked him what it tasted like and he said, "You know wet dog smell? Tastes like that."
It seems that I read somewhere that it depends on the breed of dog. I don't know how widely the flavor varies. I do recall finding it ironic that one of the breeds specifically bred for the flavor of its meat is the "chow".
