what does CACH mean in regards to apartments?

I'm looking at apartment listings and a lot of them include CACH in them. For example: "Faux wood floors, CACH, Ceiling fans, LARGE walk-in closet. "

What does that mean?

You should've seen this one ad I saw a week ago. The entire listing was

"FUCKING HUGE CLOSETS! OMG YOU HAVE TO SEE THESE CLOSETS! ENOUGH ROOM FOR ALL YOUR CRAP!!!!"
