What does being opinionated mean?

I know, silly question, but I really don't know what being opinionated means. Usually I have just seen people calling someone opinionated, if they don't agree with them. What does it really mean? I don't want the dictionary meaning, I want to know what you think.

j/k. It means you tend to take a side rather than mull over a topic, and generally you are open about expressing your views on those topics.
