b has a hood, i say no to that

Diesel one looks best but i would not pay $550 for that, so go with A which is really nice too.

Get A and then get it tailored to bring the sides a little in. Try Barneys because they're having a sale, too on the 12th.

That is a much better option, IMHO.

Option A will only look good on you if you have a really lanky or slender body shape. Any bit of pudge and it will look horrible. That's probably why they have a guy that doesn't look to weigh more than 150 wearing it.

Option B looks stupid mostly because of the hood. Protip: Any jacket with a hood on it that you would never actually use the hood on probably looks stupid. Any by that, I mean any "dress" or "classy" jacket with a hood on it looks stupid.

A is way better. The lapel on 2 is too broad. Not to mention the hood element just makes it look really unprofessional

BTW, why do so many websites have models wearing black coats over black shirts? It kind of makes it hard to make out the details.

Couldn't you just go to TJ Maxx and get a decent jacket that doesn't look like a woman should be wearing it? I mean, my dad used to bring a backpack to work. Then again, he was the boss. But really, I've never seen the point of these jackets. I like my down-lined wool jacket with zipper.

Neither? I hate peacoats and the second one seems influenced by it. First one is too slim, and like a trench coat, yet not bad ass.

Disclaimer: I know nothing about fashion and look like I don't.

I don't like either coat, and wouldn't spend that much money on either of them. Both are kinda blah to me.
