Zantac used to be my go to, tums/rollaids never work for me, since they pulled zantac of the shelves due to it causing cancer i've been using pepcid ac

Technically speaking, the active ingredient (ranitidine) wasn't causing cancer. It turns out there was an NDMA impurity that was found in multiple brands of this drug and was found to get worse with longer storage.
