Even if it were infinite, it's no big deal. It's been done a lot by other groups as well. For example, GNU stands for GNU's Not Unix.
 
And like LAME stands for LAME Ain't an MP3 Encoder 😉

i thought it was the other way round, they made this disk then thought it would be cool for video
