Here's my situation, I have comcast (isp) cable, and all of the sudden, only some sites work while others don't. I also notice how some pages continue to load after a while. I used both IE and Mozilla and its the same problems. What do this mean? Is it my PC or the ISP?
 
It seem it's the ISP's problem. Oh well. Maybe its the 6 degrees weather 🙂. Anyone else down here in MD experiencing these problems?
