Everytime I start my computer, I get the error message "runtime error 216 at 000280C". What does it mean and how do I fix it?

I just tried following my own link and kept getting a bad link screen. Basically you may have some sort of trojan virus, do a virus scan. also go to MS knowledge base search engine, type in"runtime error 216" and read results.
