BNC is a few (3 or 5 I think) round plugs.
They look a bit like Coaxial Television cable, only there are a bunch of them.

Your monitor should have a standard DSub15 connecotor on it as well.

how much it (BNC) cost?

My monitor has a rectangular jack (12x3 pins) and a circular one with 3 rows of 5 pins (this seems the BNC one)

Rectangular 12x3 sounds like a DVI
Round 5x3?

Hmmmm

3 rows of 5 in a DSub is regular analog monitor connector...never heard ofa 15 pin round...

What monitor is it?

If you have a vid card with a DVI connector buy that... if not the BNC cable should cost approx 15-25 bucks
