mine would have to be...

- scoring a game-tying or game-winning goal (or any goal really)
- nailing a long putt

although, specifically for "sensations"... hmmm

i also like waking up on the weekend and realizing that i can keep sleeping - or going to bed when i'm dog-tired and the sheets are clean. you snuggle in there and are so comfy that you literally let out a little giggle.

edit: or ultra-hot water hitting the back of my neck in the shower. i gradually increase the temp until it is almost 100% hot.
 
I love the feeling when you drop your bike into a downhill you've never ridden before. That balance of control and speed vs. the unknown and possibility of a crash is awesome.
 
Cresting a giant hill on the road bike after feeling like death 1/3 the way up.
Pouring homebrew from the tap in the fridge, while brewing the next batch.
Cuddling with my wife under the blankets and listening to the rain.
Walking before dusk in October, alone through the streets of the old town.
The weight and purpose of a quality tool or cooking implement.
The ponderous feelings after finishing a good book and a bottle of wine where the mind is free to wander.
 
I remember this from my church-going days. Wearing some fairly uncomfortable dress shoes with dress socks, them getting a tad damp from your feet perspiring after wearing them for a few hours. Then you come back to your A/C'd home, kick off your shoes, then pull of your socks, and that instant the air hits your barely damp feet, ahhh.... it's the combo of getting off those uncomfortable socks + shoes, plus the cooling sensation of the air on your feet, what a feeling.
 
The best feeling of all time is having no worries at all. I forgot what that feels like with school and work but I heard its great.
Also one of favorite things is when a girl plays with your ears.
