Shaolin long fist. I have a theory that shaolin long fist or Tongbei chan was taught to the wandering monks who ended up on Wudang mountain. Some of these monks left their teaching and joined the warlords of the periods and they seeded the internal arts of the late ming period.

Funny thing is some of the arts go back a thousand years so I want to know the version of Tongbei they were using and if these family long fist systems seeded Shaolin or if it was the other way around.


Did Damo exist or was he an entire lineage of monks over centuries?


Did Huan Da Hei steal tai chi from the Chen family?

You have just done me a great honor for I have known nothing of this profoundness of history. Despite that it was obvious that it existed so far I have not given much thought to it not considering it was more than some mundane shit. That this information or thought that you put up is put together for reading with such ease with none of the tiresome bullshit of discovery is very prosperous for me and I am thankful. This subject will require much attention and thought later for me and I am sure some of it is very interesting.

the only way i learned about cars was by diving right in, tearing everything out, and putting it back together. that's how i learn best.

oh i know about those manuals and had them for my 2 previous cars, but i don't really have the time or tools to do a lot of the stuff. i just wish it was something i got into at an earlier age.

The best way to learn coding is learn the basics.

Learn B.A.S.I.C. It is super easy to learn.

Next after basic you can learn S.A.S. programming.
I think the acronym stands for Statistical Analysis Software.

My neighbor was teaching herself and I skimmed the books and it looks even easier than B.A.S.I.C. Comparing BASIC to SAS I would say SAS is a natural language programming language.

as someone who's been coding professionally for 10 years, i would not recommend starting with BASIC lol. hell i didn't even start with that when i was learning in school.
