Be a real ass and hand out 1 million Dogecoins each to everyone on your shopping list.

That's about $200 right now. I have no idea what it would take to cash that out, but it sounds better than a twenty dollar gift card to Walmart.

I just want some peace and quiet. 1 friggin day without client demands, wife demands, and children demands.

Heck, I'd even spend that day in the bathroom - my one sanctuary on earth.

A new deep fryer

I'm torn between a few options. I had a Fry Daddy before, which worked fine, but don't have it anymore. What I'm looking at:

1. Just using my Wok as a deep-fryer. Supposed to be awesome since it heats up super quick (thin cast iron over a portable butane stove) & doesn't splash/spill so much due to the curved edges.

2. Get an Air Fryer - the Philips or a T-fal. Uses just a little bit of oil, so it's supposed to be a bit healthier.

3. Get an EZ-clean T-fal deep fryer:

Not sure if I really want to spend $140 or so on a deep fryer. But it'd be awesome to have when I want to cook up a bunch of stuff whenever I wanted, especially fries. Countertop appliances are super convenient...but then I'd probably use it more than I should & give myself a heart attack 😀

Headphones for work.
CH Throttle and Pedals for Star Citizen.

That's it. Haven't purchased anything for myself in the last 6 months or so, and that's all I came up with. Everything else would just be junk I don't need.

I buy myself whatever I want for the most part and my hobbies are too expensive to ask friends/family for anything I *actually* want, so I typically stock up on uninteresting shit I actually need like socks or household stuff.

My xmas gift to myself this year is probably going to be a 105mm f2.8 lens 😎

General Kardus snus. No one will get it for me, and I don't know if I want to spend the money on it this year. It's kind of spendy at ~75¢/gram. Still thinking on it. It may end up selling out, and that'll make my mind up for me.

somebody sounds like a grinch :colbert:

what does Xmas mean to you? the only thing i'm being constantly reminded about on tv is buying shit that most people don't want or need.

do you think someone is going to go out and buy me a surface pro 3 for christmas. i say this, buy your own gifts on christmas (i did already, PS4, Xbone, etc) this way you won't be disappointed when you receive a pack of socks or some regifted item. 😛

One of my Christmas presents came today! I got lots of great snuff. That'll be a nice compliment to the other present I got, Ardbeg scotch. Looks like the General Kardus is pretty well sold out, so I might get an autographed picture of Richard Stallman. I'm still deciding how I'm gonna distribute my donations to projects/organizations I like.

Can't beat the refuge of the bathroom - until the wife starts texting me anyways...

A full day all to myself sounds nice.

The things I want are kind of expensive so I've asked for gift cards for iTunes, a Prime membership subscription, Google Play cards .. a hoodie, slippers. Stuff people can afford that I will actually use.
