hey im just wondering whats the best program to use to watch out for my temperature every time i see my temp on a program there all different.. and i want to know what my acual temp is.. i tryed MBM5 but it did some error thing.. and will not work..

i dont like using it bc like if i open up a program that monitors my temp it gose all waked on me with the CPU RPM and stuff.. the alarm gose on.. and its in farinhight.. no were to change it! 🙁 i dono is it normal to like go from 30 degres to like 35 and spike up and down? i have the 3500 winie and neo2 plat

You can easily change the way MBM5 reports temps and you can turn off RPM monitoring. I had to manually set it up for my Epox 9NDA3+ but everything that matters to me works.

I don't really use anything to monitor my temps.. everything is secured well and runs cool to the touch, so I just assume that everything is fine....

I do have Sandra, and when someone asks I can check, but I really don't care, there is no need to actively monitor anything.

I check my temps every now and then to determine when to blow the dust out of the heatsinks and PSU, that's about it. I know the Athlon 64 runs 45C 24\7 and the P4 runs 60C.

hmm i guesse my a64 system runs good 😀 it idles at 30 degrees.. and at load hits 41-45 its very cool to the touch also witch i like 🙂 keeps everything around it nice and cool 😉 my old XP2000 it was realy hot to the touch.. this is so much more different! i cant beleave the difference

according to ntune, mine idles around 27C and hits like 35C during load - either I have a sweet winchester or ntune is a little off. Of course, my vcore is only 1.425, so it's not like I've been increasing power too much. The weird thing is that the northbridge temps - 32-34C, and my 6600GT temps - 47/80C, seem dead on what expected temps should be, so maybe I really do have those CPU temps.
