I think the limit of FAT32 partition is what causes the DVD image file to be split up. The maximum file size on a FAT32 partition is 4gb, while the max file size on a NTFS volume is only limited to the size of the partition.
Since most DVD image rips are greater than 4gb, it's going to require more than 1 image file if it's on a FAT32 volume.

yes, but you need nero installed, i think. im not 100% sure if it comes with the nero dll that is required.
