LOL~! That would be awesome. :D

Too many people say that... That's why there are so many absolutely sh!tty quality mp3's being traded on the net.. Doesn't it suck when you offer up an album you encoded yourself using CDEX and LAME with --alt-preset-insane or --alt-preset-extreme and you get one back that's done at some lame-a55 x-ing or roxio 128kbps vbr and you just know there's no way you're going to keep that copy...? I don't know why people complain so much that it takes (gasp!) an hour to an album... Isn't the much higher quality well worth the time? Let it run overnight if it's such a big deal. That's 6-8 albums while you're off sleeping... Just my .02 but for me it's *always* been about the quality of the sound, and when you're talking about mp3 you need all the benefit you can get. Now, if you really care about quality you'd leave mp3 behind and go with ogg-vorbis or mpc, but that's another discussion entirely...

razorlame is a great front for the lame encoder. i use variable encoding, joint stereo to maximize quality and minimize sound. very good.

I can't get EAC to insert ID3 tags into my MP3s. I've told it to do so, but after it encodes the MP3, the ID3 tags are blank. How do I get it to do the tags?
