What do you use as a cellphone / smartphone ringer

I leave it on vibrate, no sense in making a huge fuss over receiving a phone call.

Some of us work in noisy environments and need loud ringers to know when we get a call.

As much as I like my custom made [mp3] ringtones, I prefer vibrate because I don't want everyone knowing when I'm getting calls. But my favorite ringtone is completely obnoxious; it's the sound of a tornado siren, and it has fooled more people than I can count (at least when it's in my pocket and that gives it the off-in-the-distance effect).
