I've finished my homepage. I only need a few background pictures, but that's it. I mainly focus on hardware-news, drivers, files and links. The news-section started out as a daily news, but I couldn't keep up since I now work full-time as well as being close to finish my masterdegree.

I would like to know the following things:

1. How do you like the layout?.
2. What features is it lacking in?.
3. Do you think a weekly news-section appeal to anybody? (It appeals to me since I don't have the time to update it everyday 🙂)

Too bad you have to have all that NBCi junk on there.. I also am working on a page.. FreeStuff link. Its in the works.. started a few weeks ago.. I actually upgraded my computer since then.. now I bought a 1200mhz cpu rather than the 1000 one listed...
 
I too hate all that nBCI, but until I get my own server it will have to be so. You didn't answer my Qs but okey hopefully others will 🙂.

Layout is pretty decent.. but the color is weak.. something needs to jump out at you.. kinda blah for colors. I also just put up a little homepage deal..
 
Weekly news is a cool idea.. or whenever you get to update it.. I did that.. Mine is due for an update..tomorrow MASTERMINDS REALM

Yours is probably pretty comparable to mine.. I am a bit weak in web design.. I should have some cool pics up soon.. I actually get a lot of visitors..
 
My point with the few colors was to get peoples attention or focus on the news and the different navigation-possibilities. Colors often draws peoples attention towards'em instead of what is importent. I do have colors in the other section but not much 🙂.

I just went with my old school HTML knowledge and a little light photoshop work..

I am also a college student.. Your site looks a little more high tech but it looks like a work in progress.. Good luck with it 🙂
