Now...

He wants to give me 170$ for my Opty 165 and give me his AMD 939 3800+

Do you think is a good deal???

What will you do??? (Given the fact that opterons are class b to intel's)

Personally, I'd just keep the opteron and punch him in the kidneys till he forks over the 110.

On games The 3800 seemed equal that my opty, the only game that uses 60-75% of the opty is the new Splinter Cell (that why's hes buying it because the game is dual core "optimized")

his CPU has 3 year warranty...mine only until next month.

OP, i wouldn't do it. keep your processor and get the money. as a previous poster stated, if he has the money to pay for your processor, he has the $110
