What do you think the best series finale was?

I have to say Roswell had the best series finale...(i know alot of you probably never saw or liked the show .... first season was good second season sucked and third season got better and it was canceled)

but my reasoning is it wrapped up the story of the series very very well...and it even framed the series quite well(b/c the first episode started off with a person's diary and then the series ended with the person finishing the diary as if the entire series might have been told from the diary)

so what was your favorite series finale?
 
ST:TNG was pretty good. Enjoyable and re-watchable.

X-Files was kind of a marginal ending, but it has the best villian death ever in it.

I think Mad About You had a damn good one as well. Very funny.

i can't remember what was the villian death in x-files ?
 
I Roswell is a decent one, but I think the story for the final episode was fairly weak compared to the rest of the series.
I felt like it was somewhat of a cop-out.

I still think the end to DS9 was great. TNG and Voyager's endings were pretty good too.
M*A*S*H's ending was also a well produced.

it may have not been on par with the rest of the episodes of the series(it was far better than some of season 2 IMO) but i think it had a good resolution to the series overall ...which is sorta what i was getting at....

X-files finale wasn't marginal...it was a pile of smuldering crap. Hahaa yes that was a bad spelling joke.

yep horrible ending......wasn't even that funny...and it didn't wrap up the series at all (which would sorta be hard to do since it was about nothing)
