Now I know a lot of people on the boards wouldn't pay anything near or more than the price of the parts from NewEgg, but what would you value it for putting it in the local newpapaer?

The average joe would want a name-brand PC with intel CPU. The average joe would probably buy a Dell since he sees their ads everywhere.

You might price a Dell P4 3.0 system and offer it for half that since it's no-name, used, and doesn't have a warranty.
