What do you think Pakistan and India should do?

We'll they already said that nuclear retaliation was "UNTHINKABLE". So that at least is a good sign. India is using the September 11 bombings as an "excuse" to bully Pakistan and do what they have been trying to do for years. Now they aren't under any criticism at all and have the perfect opportunity to do so. Peace talks will not work because you have two different types of people: Muslims and Hindus. They have never and probably will never get along.

How have they used the attacks against Pakistan....if anything Pakistan has used them against India.
By the US helping Pakistan it will be another Afghanistan...Pakistan harbors terrorists
 
I wish they would just obliterate each other and get it over with. I've had my fill of irrelevant religious bickering on a huge scale. I'm sick of hearing about it.

Two kinds of people?? You do realize that India has more muslims than Pakistan does and they call co-exist peacefully in one country?

I've said this before and I'll say it again, the war is not between the Indian people and the Pakistani people, its between the politicians of both countries who are trying to instigate war between both countries for their elections.

Hindus and muslims live happily together, many of my friends are muslims (I'm hindu) and we are all close. None of us agree to whats going on now.

Well you see they cant do that because they are fighting over Kashmir...how can they just leave each other alone...like telling israelis and palestinians to leave each other alone

Hmm... I wonder how well the following would fly:

We forcibly remove all inhabitants from these holy lands (Kashmir, Palestine). Then we.... nuke the hell outta the holy land so no one can inhabit it, thus there's no land to fight over. No land to fight over = peace..... Think it's work? :Q

But, there are two factors that are incredibly hard to change.

The corruption that exists in both governments.

The organized religion that affects government practices in Pakistan.

I know and it sucks.
 
I get so upset with all these wars and everything. It really disturbes my pease of mind. How dare these fools rock my boat. It's outrageous. Billions of people should die so I won't be disturbed.
 
We should introduce them to Summer's Eve. Maybe if they had that fresh clean feeling they wouldn't be so grumpy.

Nobody's stupid enough to nuke, unless perhaps one country is on the verge of collapse. Neither country is going to be conquered in a short time. We're all hoping that the bluster runs itself out per usual...

I agree. When was the last time you heard about a Hindu suicide squad doing a terrorist attack on Pakistan's government? In fact, when was the last time you heard about a suicide bomber that WASN'T a muslim? Folks, I believe that Islamic extremism is the world's #1 problem lately.

My girlfriend says we should just nuke every last one of them and be done with it. I'm starting to agree...

They should settle the Kashimir dispute over a game of televised Monopoly between the two leaders. The winner gets Kashmir with no disputes from the loser.

Now that was a bit over the top... While she does show a certain lack of sophistication with regard to solving foreign policy issues, she is expressing legitimate emotional sentiment directed at the fundamental conflict between Islam and modern Western society.
