heh when i have played online, i've partied up w/my friends on xbox 360 to chat because chatting is just so much easier and sounds better on 360.

I definitely prefer the 360 for chatting, but for Uncharted 2 I was hoping to find some people from here to play with.

i have a cheap bluetooth headset that a friend gave me that he won in some raffle, and the sound quality of voices on the PS3 is just terrible compared to 360.

also, dunno why, but i always seem to have to reconnect my headset to my ps3, and it seems to lose charge even when i don't use it.

Yeah, but you could have both systems on at the same time and get everybody in the same "room" to chat over the 360 while playing Uncharted2 on the PS3.

wireless headset + xbox360 + xbox live = wonderful when playing UNCHARTED 2

doesn't even matter if the controller dies from being idle on the 360 because the wireless headset is linked to the player it is synched to.

been home sick for a few days and I picked this up today. Played about 6 hours and got to the 20th or so stage. pretty awesome so far. I didn't play the first one, so not sure if I'm missing any story or not. I remember trying to demo out and I really didn't like it very much. The combat was hard and the climbing etc wasn't very smooth. This game, on the other hand, has been perfect from the beginning(which was awesome).

that list that guy made a page or 2 back was completely wrong. I have no complaints so far. the game is insanely awesome looking and fun. I wish there were more unique moments. there have been a few cool fights so far, maybe they will pick up in the 2nd half of the game. starting to get tired of just jumping and climbing around without much challenge

finished it up last night on hard.

game is just a complete masterpiece.

my ONLY gripe in the game is the final boss battle just is not fun and is rather tedious, especially on hard and you are close to finishing him then die and have to start it all over.

other than that, wow, incredible! the final sequence is very badass as well and remniscant of halo in a way heh.

i hopped on multi afterwarsd and had a great time there as well.

i'm not sure if im going to play it on crushing any time soon but iw ould like to at some point. the final battle on crushing will not be fun that is for sure

oh yea, my total play time i checked afterwards is like 10.5 hours.

I was hoping to finish, but I'm at the part in Chapter 25 where you have to kill the two native guys, and the difficulty has just made me lose all interest. What the fuck is up with being one-shot killed by a god damn crossbow? Even when you're moving and rolling around they have perfect accuracy.

One shot? They didn't one shot me even on hard. Though I will agree that that specific part is pretty hard.

on hard, it took 2 shots to kill you, and since you haven't beat it yet, there is no way you are playing on crushing, so you are exaggerating about the 1 shot kill.

that part was tough but not that tough. just dont run and gun and stay behind the pillars when you fire.

i can tell you that you won't find the last boss battle fun heh.

You shouldn't be going down with one shot, but be aware that they shoot fast. Are you at the point where you first have to fight the native guys (non-costumed that is)? Make use of the entire area. When one starts to come close just run to the far side and shoot from there. Once you get the first one down grab his crossbow and use it to kill the other one. They go down quickly with the crossbow.

I did actually! I figured it was just a random occurrence. It happened to me after everyone was dead and I had just picked up the treasure in that room.

The game is okay so far. I feel that the puzzles and climbing segments are cool but the action segments are a little over the top and some of the conversations before and after action sequences is stupid. Like Drake asking Elena if she is okay after they just killed about 40 guys and her responding, "Never better." I would have thought that the climbing would be my least favorite part of the game but it is actually my favorite part now.
