I'm hoping it's not some phase or something, but I don't think it's bad. I prefer the current one that templatemonster one, but that's just me. I find it very easy to access content without dealing with many images, flash, etc.

I also feel that lighter colors on the background portray more of a professional image.

What do you think of somethign like that? I am really digging the icons at the top. The woman really has to go, but my point is that it is clean, and a nice image banner might be nice
