I would like a good upgrade route so i picked the 6300. I want more multithreaded performance so i picked the 6300. I wanted to keep the cost down. I wanted more than 2 cores. It fulfills what i want so why not

I want to be ready just in case i want to try out a new program or if i suddenly start multitasking alot since the upgrade will be huge from my pc now

Eh. You won't really benefit from multiple cores for most programs, now and in the near future (2-4 years). Multithreading apps is pretty difficult for developers, and game developers are definitely too lazy to multithread apps just for PCs (consoles can do 2 cores at best).

Please take this post as one more attempt at reason, not a flame.

The facts:
- You have stated that you have no fanboy reasons for choosing AMD.
- There has been no evidence that you need serious multithreaded performance. (Multitasking, in the typical sense, does not demand more than two cores.)
- Intel's CPUs are better than AMD at your price point, have been for years, and likely will be through the useful life of a gaming computer.
- The CPU of a gaming rig rarely needs to be upgraded - the more important upgrade concern is the GPU.

Your reasons for buying the FX6300 seem to contradict all the above statements that can be accepted as true. I think the best you're going to get at this point is confirmation that all your parts are compatible. If you want people to say that you're putting together the best possible computer with the money you have (I don't know about you, but that's always my goal), I don't think you'll hear that.

GTA IV is a CPU-intensive game that does scale well with more cores. But neither the FX or the i3 are particularly suitable for it. i3 is slightly better if you run it at stock. FX is slightly better if you get a good overclock. The testbed used for these graphics used a 7970, something much more powerful than a 7770. It also used the Noctua NF-P12 for CPU cooling.

And also i dont unerstand those graphs much

Unless you can heavily overclock your AMD chip (difficult without extra expensive cooling and a bit of luck with your actual chip), it cannot beat a stock clock Intel chip of about the same price.

Which, coincidentally, is what we've been telling you. For 2 pages of posts.

 Well put.

It will not be at the same time, it will be a long term upgrade
He means that pretty much any time you would spend money on the H60, even in the future as a long term upgrade path, you'd be better off selling your old CPU/mobo and going for an i3/5, performance wise.

The H60 will not allow for some kind of crazy overclock that an air cooler, such as the 212 EVO, would not. Furthermore, almost any overclock that you can realistically achieve on the FX6300 using either the H60 or a 212 EVO for cooling will be easily defeated by an i5.

 i5 + 212 beats FX-6300 + H60 any day of the week.
